Wright Silverwood has recently secured the last remaining letting in mixed use development Paradise Forum, Birmingham city centre. Hallmark, the card giant, have taken the remaining 650 sq ft in the centre.
Acting as joint agents with BWD on behalf of Argent, Wright Silverwood are delighted to announce that the scheme is now fully let since its completion in 2007. With 13 million people passing through the centre each year Paradise Forum is one of the busiest thoroughfares in the region.

Paradise Forum is the gateway to Birmingham’s entertainment district. The mixed use development recently received a £2 million refurbishment, and is located adjacent to the city's Central Library, fronting on to Chamberlain Square with neighbours Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery and the Town Hall. It is within a five minute walk of New Street and Snow Hill Stations and just 10 minutes from Birmingham's flagship Bullring development.
