Belgrade Plaza is Coventry's largest and most exciting mixed use Scheme and is set to change the face of the City Centre. The Scheme will commence in January 2006 and will provide an eclectic mix of retail, bars and restaurants, together with much needed hotel accommodation, a casino and over 350 apartments.

The existing multi-storey car park is part of the Scheme and is to be extended and refurbished to serve Belgrade Plaza and the adjacent Belgrade Theatre, which is undergoing a £10million refurbishment.
