Wright Silverwood is delighted to announce that planning has been granted for a new Travelodge and Tesco Express in Birmingham City Centre.

Acting on behalf of Travelodge and Tesco Plc, Wright Silverwood are working in conjunction with Realis Estates Ltd to deliver the 88 bed hotel and a Tesco Express, at ground floor level, taking 4000 sq ft. The development will be situated on the former Marks and Spencer Car park in Carrs Lane, Birmingham. Construction is due to commence early Summer 2010.
