Acting on behalf of Jaymar Holdings, Wright Silverwood have secured the acquisition of this newly constructed retail and office scheme from the developers, The Alfred McAlpine Group.

The Scheme is partially let and tenants include Ladbrokes and Connell Estate Agents.

A purchase price of £1.9million was paid, representing a net initial yield of 7% on basic rent payable and anticipated rent.
